Sometimes a student may drop and then re-add or may need their entire Credo grades reset. Admins can reset the course progress for a single student under the Student Admin tab on the Instructor dashboard.
Step 1: On the Instructor dashboard, click on Student Admin.
Step 2: Scroll dow to where it says "Reset a specific learner's progress," enter the student's email address, then click Reset. You will see a pop up if it was successful.
