If a student needs to retake a single quiz, you can reset their progress on that quiz question by question. If you do not see the correct "Staff debug" button, please let Credo support know.
Step 1: Go to the first question that you need to reset. Under the question, click on a pink "Staff debug" button.
Step 2: In the text box, enter the student's username or email. Then click "Delete Learner's State." This will reset any action the student completed on this question.
Step 3: If you get an error message, there are a few possible reasons:
- You are resetting a student who is not enrolled in this Credo course. In which case, go back to your dashboard and try a different course.
- The student did not attempt the question at all. In which case, there is no progress to reset.
- You've already reset this student's progress and just forgot. If that is the case, you can double check by "Viewing as student"
